Massage therapy is the active handling of soft tissues in the body. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, forearms. Massage therapy isn’t just used for relaxation. It is a critical therapy that leads to healing, and that is my main purpose to give a massage: promote healing. I use a combination of the following modalities; trigger point massage, Swedish massage, reflexology, shiatsu massage, amongst others.
