Healing Practices

The body does not respond to a one size fits all approach.

Every person arrives with a unique history, experience and set of circumstances. For this reason, I draw from a range of evidence informed and integrative practices to support each individual’s needs.

Bodywork remains the foundation of my work. Depending on what is present during a session, additional approaches may be incorporated to support nervous system restoration, emotional wellbeing, personal development and overall balance.

The practices below are not separate destinations. They are tools that may be used to support the process of helping you return to greater ease, resilience and connection with yourself.

A wise man ought to realise that health is his most valuable possession. ~Hippocrates

PSYCH-K ® a gentle and effective process designed to identify and transform subconscious beliefs that may be influencing behaviour, decision-making and wellbeing.
By working directly with the subconscious mind, PSYCH-K® can help create new perspectives, support personal breakthroughs and strengthen alignment between your goals and daily life.

Integrated Bodywork a personalised body centred approach designed to release tension, reduce pain and support nervous system restoration. Using a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure and Brain.Body.Balance. (B3), each session works with the body’s natural ability to regulate, recover and restore balance.

Particular attention is given to releasing tension patterns held within the fascial system and supporting a healthy nervous system response to stress. Many clients experience greater ease of movement, reduced discomfort, improved posture, deeper relaxation and a stronger connection with their bodies.
The intention is not only to provide relief, but to support lasting resilience, regulation and wellbeing.

Reiki a gentle Japanese energy based practice that supports relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming, helping to reduce stress, quiet the mind and create the conditions for the body to restore itself naturally.

Chi Nei Tsang a specialised abdominal and organ massage rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This gentle yet powerful practice focuses on releasing tension held within the abdomen, supporting digestion, circulation, lymphatic flow and emotional wellbeing while encouraging deep relaxation of the nervous system.
