Let’s dive into conversations to expand our awareness about health, looking into the definition of health, and let’s uncover why do we want to transform our body to allow health to be our life and who we are.

Let’s share some food for thought as well as micro actions that can be performed daily to strengthen our Health Baseline Foundation. Our bodies are a whole system, that’s why we need a holistic approach.

Health requires a least looking into the following 7 types of needs:

1. Nutrient Richness: imprinting healthy habits to detox and fuel your bodies needs.

2. Frequent movement: our bodies developed to move all the time. Movement is life. HEAL inspires daily movement through yoga, Qi Gong, walking and strength routines.

3. Sound Sleep: learn to optimise quality sleep through calming rituals.

4. Inner Stillness: learn how to boost your resilience to stress.

5. Deep Connection: HEAL encourages social connection and healing through group interaction.

6. Sync with Nature: your physical body is in need of its healthy environment to promote health, sunlight, gravity, fresh air, grounding, etc.

7. Sense of Purpose: find your sense of purpose to take care of yourself.

Release past traumas and transform your beliefs to support your own health.

I believe that, if we all find and use on a daily basis the tools & methods that resonate with us to support our own WELLBEING; we will have a better & more sustainable life, therefore a better world.

Let’s remember that our own body is the best tool to guide us on our wellbeing journey. The work begins and ends with us, understanding and walking the path of healing / unveiling our own being.

REMEMBER We have control over our daily habits and rituals. Let’s take responsibility. Let’s Heal Together.

I invite you to build a conscious relationship between you and your body, a loving, accepting, supportive and collaborative relationship.
