What if we had a system that increases the strength and power of our life force,
to allow for our health to flourish?
Let’s dive into a conversation to expand our awareness about health, looking into the definition of health, and let’s uncover why do we want to transform our body to allow health to be our life and who we are.
Let us share some “food for thought” as well as micro action(s) that can be perform daily to strengthen our Health Baseline Foundation.
Health requires a least looking into the following 7 types of needs:
- Nutrient Richness: imprinting healthy habits to detox and fuel your bodies needs.
- Frequent movement: our bodies developed to move all the time. Movement is life. HEAL inspires daily movement through yoga, Qi Gong, walking and strength routines.
- Sound Sleep: learn to optimise quality sleep through calming rituals.
- Inner Stillness: learn how to boost your resilience to stress.
- Deep Connection: HEAL encourages social connection and healing through group interaction.
- Sync with Nature: your physical body is in need of its healthy environment to promote health, sunlight, gravity, fresh air, grounding, etc.
- Sense of Purpose: find your sense of purpose to take care of yourself. Release past traumas and transform your beliefs to support your own health.

Meet Me
Since 2003, I have been consciously focusing on learning, researching, testing & applying tools, methods and techniques that support my wellbeing.
I have been in over 50 countries, lived and worked in 3 continents, yes I am a curious, adventurous globetrottter.
I became a Reiki Master in 2003 and practise it since. I am an Aromatherapist , Do-In (acupressure) Brain.Body.Balance. and Massage practitioner. I have been coaching as a Health Transformation and Personal Fitness Coach for the last 2 years.
I have been a Psyck-k® facilitator since 2018. Psych -K®: is a simple and effective way for you to change limiting subconscious beliefs that are blocking you from enjoying wellbeing. A unique combination of resources which include; Muscle Testing, Whole-Brain Integration, and Goal Clarification for the Subconscious Mind, among others is used.
For the last 8 years the main tool I used for health maintenance has been a Bioresonance Feedback (Energy Medicine), since 2019 I have been performing Health Screening sessions for individuals in order to facilitate their own wellbeing journey.
I believe that, if we all find and use on a daily basis the tools & methods that resonate with us to support our own WELLBEING; we will have a better & more sustainable life, therefore a better world. Let’s remember that our own body is the best tool to guide us on our wellbeing journey.
The work begins and ends with us, understanding and walking the path of healing (unveiling) our own being.
