Reiki is a safe, natural, subtle and effective Japanese energy healing technique.
The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion.
It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
Life energy flows through all living things, Reiki practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others.
A Reiki session can help ease tension, stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant, relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

Reiki being a natural form of healing, is safe, however, it may have not so pleasant side effects. The side effects may include physical, mental, emotional and life altering changes as we release negative, karmic and long suppressed memories, stress and traumas, which I believe it is a healthy part of the healing journey, therefore I welcome these side effects.
Distance Healing: As we believe we are all ONE, it is possible to do a Reiki session at a distance, by which, the Practitioner channels life energy through his/her hands and sets the intention for the life energy to collaborate with another being which is not physically present in the healing process. In this way we can do a Reiki session at a distance with people as well as with animals, babies, and even situations that need healing.

How to make an appointment: Send an email to info@lucianapierangeli.com
How are we going to communicate? We will set a specific time for the session to happen, and I, as the practitioner will use that space to connect and conduct the session from a distance.

It’s generally best to receive three to five Reiki treatments one to two weeks apart. Once you see yourself improving you can space out treatments to one month or six weeks apart.
Receiving regular Reiki treatments is excellent self-care and helps you to maintain holistic balance. Reiki works in the highest good for all beings involved.
What to wear for a Reiki session: wear cozy warm comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. If possible remove earrings and all jewellery.
Reiki works by channelling positive energy into your body, with Reiki practitioners typically placing their hands on the affected areas of the body that need a boost, offering this energy and your body takes in the energy where most needed
What does the session consist of?
