Welcome to the Mastering Emotions for Personal Transformation small group coaching sessions!
In this 7 week journey, we will explore the profound connection between emotions, our physical body, the 5 Element Theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through interactive group coaching sessions, you will learn tools to help you balance emotions, at the end of the 7 weeks you will take away your own Personal Manifesto, as a tool to help you with emotional awareness, an emotional fitness. Empowering you to navigate life with emotional intelligence and an expanded state of being.
This course is suitable for English-speaking learners of all backgrounds, eager to explore emotions, build resilience, and embrace positive change.
Small Group Coaching Sessions Content:
- 5 Steps into Emotional Boldness
- What are emotions?
- How do they correlate to our physical body?
- Where in our body do they manifest?
- What is the relation of the emotions to the 5 elements (metal, earth, fire, water, wood)?
- What is Traditional Chinese Medicine?
- What are meridians?
- And why are we talking about Traditional Chinese Medicine,, The 5 elements Theory and meridians?
- Let’s explore different tools to balance the emotions that are out of equilibrium.
- What questions can we ask ourselves to change the perspective of a situation?
- Let’s play together allowing me to lend support, facilitate activity performing habit changing tasks and providing group accountability.

Small Group Coaching Sessions Outline:
Maximum 15 people
Duration 7 weeks
Starts 5 September 2023
Sessions Every Tuesday at 18:30 (gmt +2)
We meet all together 7 times (once per week)
1st week we go through all the theory, set intentions, open our accountability group, start with our first tasks and off we go.
From week 2, every week we will focus on each element ( Sadness (metal) , Worry (earth), Fear (water), Anxiety (fire), Anger (wood)
and we will discuss in depth the expanded and contracted side of it.
We will be implementing new actions on a weekly basis to create our own Personal Manifesto after the 6 weeks you will have your full Personal Manifesto (personalised tool to assist you in your own transformation).
+ Every individual has two (30 minutes) 1 on 1 session with me (anytime during the 7 weeks)
+ Three 20 mins call (anytime during the the 7 weeks) to discuss any block impeding progress.
+ All access via WhatsApp/ Telegram with me and the group for accountability during the 7 weeks.
+ Access to our sessions recordings
+ Access to the course sessions content online via our App. (Theory, movement series, tapping series, meditations, charts)
