Perception is the way in which something is regarded, understood, or interpreted, it is the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through our senses, which also includes proprioception, which involves body positions and movements. How does perception affect our emotions?

Inspiration is the process of being mentally, physically, emotionally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative, this comes from within, in contrast to motivation that comes from the outside, externally.

Empathy, is a key element of emotional boldness, it involves awareness of the feelings and emotions of other people, which relates to our relationships.

Empathy, is different from sympathy, which is relating with someone from the “outside”, while empathy is ‘feeling with’ that person, through the use of imagination, from the “inside”.

Relationship (interpersonal) skills are used to interact with other people. They enable us to communicate appropriately and build stronger, more meaningful relationships, our emotional boldness will set the tone on how we relate to others.
